Saltgrass Printmakers’ Summer Fellowship is for young emerging artists who interested in learning printmaking techniques. Saltgrass Printmakers is a local non-profit open access print shop with professional facilities that support relief, etching, screen and lithography printmaking.
Each Fellow can pick and choose what they want to accomplish for the summer. Some artist focus on a specific process. Others like to try out a couple of processes. Students are free to customize their experience. Scheduling is flexible!
Who is eligible? Emerging Young Artists. High School Juniors or Seniors who are interested in learning about the printmaking process.
The Summer Fellowship provides a month of instruction and access to Saltgrass Printmakers studio, tools and materials.
The Summer Fellowship is made possible by a generous donation from Mackay Hare family. For the two selected artists, all your materials and expenses are covered.
